The staff were amazing, always helpful and smiling. Early check-in was possible. Clean, spacious rooms. Convenient location with a bus station nearby. Quiet room, despite ventilation noise. Great coffee at breakfast. Friendly reception staff. Lovely breakfast with delicious cakes. Good for children. Easy access to Rome's attractions via short car journey to metro station. Honest and kind staff who refunded additional nights due to cancelled meetings. Safe parking on-site.

The location was perfect, close to everything in downtown Tirana. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with well-arranged and cleaned rooms. The facilities provided by the hotel, such as the comfortable beds and well-stocked mini bar, were excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with sightseeing and directions. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing, offering a great start to the day.
